What started as a quiet dream between a group of book lovers, late-night writers, and daydreamers has now grown into a vibrant digital khandaan where stories of every shade and flavor find a home.
At StoryPlot.in, we believe that every person walking on the streets of Patna, every child listening to dadi ki kahaniyan under the peepal tree, and every youngster scrolling on their phone at a chai tapri carries a story inside them. Our mission is simple: to unearth, celebrate, and share those stories with the world – in Hindi, English, Angika, Magahi, Bhojpuri, or any language the heart speaks.

Why We Exist
In a world full of 15-second reels, we want to bring back the joy of getting lost in a story for hours. We want writers from small towns of Bihar – from Siwan to Saharsa, Bhagalpur to Buxar – to feel that their voice matters. We want readers across the globe to taste the flavor of Bihar through its stories – the smell of litti-chokha, the sound of Sohar songs, the chaos of Gandhi Maidan, and the silence of the Ganga at dawn.
Who We Are
We are a small but fierce team of writers, editors, designers, and dreamers – most of us born and brought up right here in Patna. Some of us studied at Patna University, some at NIT Patna, some never went to college but can spin a tale that will leave you speechless. We work out of coffee shops in Boring Road, terraces in Kankarbagh, and sometimes just under a fan in a 40-degree Bihar summer – because stories don’t wait for air-conditioning.
We are readers first, writers second, and Biharis forever.
